How will I receive my items?
We ship using FedEx, UPS, and USPS Priority Mail. Since we pay the shipping costs, we reserve the right to use these carriers exclusively.

When will I get my item?
We usually ship within 24 hours but it can sometimes take 3 business days. You will receive a tracking number within this time frame and can monitor the shipment from the comfort of your own home. Each carrier has a different delivery time but you can generally expect to receive your item from 3 days to 1 week after shipment.

No, we do not accept returns.

How can I have confidence in my purchase?
Every purchase is fully insured with the carrier. That means if your item is damaged, we will file the claim and refund your money in full. Simply send us the photographs of the damaged item and we will take care of everything!

What is the quality of your merchandise?
Most of our items are in excellent condition. Antique glassware sometimes has straw marks and bubbles that formed during creation. These do not generally affect the value of the item. Sometimes, however, we do have antique items with chips or scratches. Any such items will be described fully and have accompanying pictures to show the extent of the flaws. You can request additional information or pictures from us at any time if you have concerns.
